SG-14 series screenless granulators operate in super low speed. Teeth cutters and cutting blades work together to reduce materials into well-proportioned granules. The least amount of dust is produced in the cutting process. Multiple security devices ensure high safety grade; automatic reverse function ensures continuous operation. SG-14 is mainly used for by-the-press recycling of sprues fed by pickers. Regrind can be conveyed back to moulding machines for reuse by instant recycling device.
